Inner Heart Art – Influenced by Mother nature our beautiful planet and universe, my pictures are inspired by the natural and animal kingdom along with patterns that sometimes resemble a tattoo, when I put pen to paper I am seeking to show what is within. So often we only see the outer casing, the human or animal form without really knowing or sensing what is going on inside the soul.

When I draw it feels like my heart opens wider as I let the patterns and shapes form, I cannot tell you where it will begin and end, each drawing is a soul journey that I go on, I like to think you will experience some of that journey and that my pictures will help you to investigate the amazing soul that is you.

I love this form of art I can draw anywhere, on a plane, train, sat in a park on the beach, at a cafe with friends, if you spot me, stop to speak your voice and thoughts will enhance and shape the picture I am working on. Often my art will start with a shape or pattern I have seen, most pictures contain the circle of life in some form or another, whether it be sun, moon or planet.

As a Reiki Master and shamanic practitioner I find my art a way to meditate, promote self- healing and balancing as an escape from the routines of daily life. Art has always been important to me, taught at a young age by my grandfather to draw animals, as a child I spent hours looking for what was hidden in a picture, I am in awe of the wonderful artists and talented people of our earth that enrich my life and am  grateful for the creativity that is abundant in our world. I wish for every one to find their own personal inner creativity.
